The New Film has been released in the MCU Universe, Thunderbolts. It’s gained quite the fame from the audience all over the world. It was released in the USA theaters on May 2nd, 2025. It has now been released on JioCinema (previously known as Jio Hotstar) on August 27, 2025. It’s the 36th Film of the MCU Universe and Directed by Jake Schreier. The film stars an ensemble cast that includes Florence Pugh, Sebastian Stan, and Wyatt.

What is the storyline of Thunderbolts?

The storyline of the Thunderbolts is very different from any other movie in the MCU you have ever watched or heard about. It’s a mix of Drama, Humor, and Action, which sets him apart from any other in the MCU Universe. Story is about the Heroes of Misfits, who are forced to work on an important mission together. Roles are taken by some familiar faces of the MCU like Yelena Belova, Bucky Barnes, ( Winter Soldier ) , and U.S. Agent John Walker.  

In contrast to the Avengers, the Thunderbolts are initially divided rather than united by trust or friendship. Their path is marked by chaos: clashes of ego, old wounds, and private battles. That is precisely why their story resonates humanely and authentically. As they blunder, squabble, and brawl through the task, gradually discover a new truth broken people can indeed mend with a little to spare.
